Patong is loud on the cocktail front, and not always good. We treat the bar like the kitchen: real ingredients, balance, a short shelf of signatures we stand behind. The most-ordered Took Took original is the Nam Hom — vodka, rose syrup, lychee, lime, egg white, creole bitters. Floral, sharp, photogenic.
The Phuket Negroni reads classic on the label and local on the palate — Thai gin, Campari, espelette pepper liquor, dried chili — gentle heat that builds across the glass. The Mango Sticky Rice Punch is a desert-island riff on the dish: white rum, triple sec, mango sticky rice itself, lime, milk. The bar staff will walk you through anything.
Local Phuket spirits are on the back bar. Saneha gin is distilled with Thai botanicals. Chalong Bay rum is the local pour. Add a curated short wine list, full classics, and a mocktail card for halal-observant guests and anyone driving home. The room runs until 2am, so the second round is never a rush.
